We had a great value for our money at Rio Molino. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to the railway station and with beautiful views of the lake. The staff, especially Chiara, was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

the apartment was large, airy, and had a nice terrace where we could sit and relax. the host, Chiara, was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. the apartment was also conveniently located near the railway station and a supermarket, which made it easy for us to explore the area and get groceries. the private enclosed car parking was a great bonus, ensuring that we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 👍.

The rooms at Rio Molino are so cozy and comfortable, with a seating area to relax after a long day. I really felt at home here. The private bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, complete with bidet and complimentary toiletries. It's like having your own little spa retreat in the room. I loved the apartment setup, with parquet floors, a kitchen, flat-screen TV, and a furnished patio. It was perfect for hanging out with friends and enjoying a home-cooked meal. It was such a thoughtful touch to have a kettle in the room. Starting the day with a hot cup of tea was just what I needed to get going. The room I stayed in had free WiFi and a furnished balcony. The view was amazing, and I could even check my emails while enjoying the fresh air. Another great amenity was the kettle and coffee making facilities in the room. I could have my morning coffee without even leaving the comfort of my room. The guestrooms with refrigerators were so convenient. It was nice to have a place to store snacks and drinks. The private bathrooms with showers were clean and modern. I felt refreshed and ready to take on the day after a nice hot shower. Some rooms even came with an open table, which was great for setting up a mini workspace or enjoying a meal in the room.
Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom a bit unnecessary. But hey, I know some people really enjoy that extra touch of cleanliness.

The street outside could be quite noisy early in the morning, which affected our sleep.

The apartment was very spacious and had a nice terrace to sit out on. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It was located in a residential area, so it was quiet and gave us a glimpse into local life. The location was fantastic, close to the train station and a supermarket, which made it easy to get around and stock up on supplies. The private car parking was a great added bonus, providing peace of mind for our vehicle.
The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were quite thin, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there were no comfortable sitting facilities, which was a bit of a drawback when we wanted to relax in the apartment.

The apartment had a lovely terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a glass of wine. The free WiFi was a bonus, I could annoy my friends with constant updates of my fabulous holiday. The flat-screen TV was great for binge-watching my favorite shows after a long day of exploring.
Oh, how I wish the terrace was bigger! I could have invited the whole neighborhood over for a garden party.
